Take up an academic interest in video games or anime. You can make any topic sound decently engaging by calling it an analysis and doing enough research, and those two are mediums you're likely familiar with. It'll give ya a surprising amount to plan out and do.

Society pushes this fetishization of intelligence (only on a superficial, consumer friendly level) to a point where everyone feels like they have a voice and valid opinions. But outside, my experiences prove otherwise as I have been handled by top professionals and put in 'elite' schools (There are actual schools for highly gifted individuals, which are mostly kept under the radar. They consist of future sociopathic leaders and suicidal failures) I got out when I was 18, I always hated school. I'm an advocate of no rules, no laws, no institutions. Afterall civilization was built by and for the weak. Funnily enough, the only author who captured this feeling of systemic oppresion with adequate rage is Kaczynski. Let’s take a hypothetical situation with six individuals and two subjects.

Individual X is a neuroscientist and individual Y is a psychologist. They derive two tests for intelligence, X’ and Y’.

The other individuals are all subjective evaluations of others intelligence, and they come from varied backgrounds. Individual A has graduated high school. Individual B has graduated college. Individual C has graduated graduate college and individual D is a high school drop out.

All individuals take tests X’ and Y’. Individual A, say, scored the best on these tests.

Now the subjects are subject alpha and subject beta. Subject alpha says something interesting about knowledge that only people who have gone to college would know about, and subject beta then says something that only people who have gone to graduate school for neuroscience would understand.

First all the individuals decide who they think is the smartest.

For subject alpha, individuals A, B, D, and Y think he is the smartest.

For subject alpha, obviously individuals C and X consider him the most intelligent.

Then they take the IQ tests administered.

X’ AND Y’ end up scoring alpha far higher than beta.

Now we have a few observations here to note: that excluding knowledge, the general behavior and facets of linguistic understanding and reason (more commonly attributed to culture and income class) seep their way into intelligence tests of this kind. Hence why subject alpha scored the highest on the exams and A, who scored the highest out of the other four individuals, said he was the most intelligent.

Second, it should be noted that it demonstrably has NOTHING to do with subject knowledge. So if that was your criticism of my logic, that point has been thrown out the window. Hence why X though subject beta said the smartest thing but his test scored subject alpha better.

Clearly there must be some discrepancy here though, since subject beta was the one who went to graduate school for neuroscience, which was the same thing the designer of test X’ did!!!! Hahaha

This assumes that we rank intelligence by understanding rather than recognition of something beyond our understanding. I'd argue your key thesis is that IQ tests are only as valid as your maker is intelligent, but the addition of knowledge base to this logic, and only the addition, is what invalidates the IQ test.
