How to master the art of argumentation without sophism?

I always ask this but no one ever answers me. I ll recommend you to check ancient retórica for modern students. Good book, and it's in library Gen.
Also
Rethorics are not intrinsically bad, it's impossible to say something without Rethorics.

Learning pic related is easy enough. Just grab a a book on logic, take a public speaking class, and study whatever it is you wanna argue about.

Just always be honest and patient. Mastering argumentation doesn't just mean mastering your own arguments, but your opponents' arguments as well. Many people are simply too blinded by their own hubris, so they engage in argumentation just to win, rather than to arrive at the truth. Always be prepared to acknowledge that you are wrong when you are wrong, but only when the reasons and evidence appear so (shouldn't be hard for you—by that point, you should have already learned about the fallacies and other tactics employed by sophists).

So in short, don't be Sargon of Akkad.
