hey /lit/, recommend to me some fantasy if you will.
i prefer series, and i prefer them to be huge like tomes.

something along the lines of:

George R.R Martin - Song of Ice and Fire
Robert Jordan - Wheel of Time
Terry Goodkind - Sword of Truth
Tolkien - Lotr (to a lesser degree)
Brent Weeks - The Night Angel Trilogy

got any recommendations for me? and by that i mean books, not "get some taste", "you suck", "faggot" etc...

Get some taste, you fag. Then read Donaldson's Thomas Convenant series. You suck.

Hey OP, I started fantasy with the same series. Just took up Donaldson and think you'd like it too. Elizabeth Haydon's trilogies are also a great read, too.

Steven Erikson series Malazan Book of the Fallen is by far the best fantasy series I have read. Start with the first Steven Erikson book, Gardens of the Moon, and read the rest of his in order. If you enjoy epic world building that puts Jordan and Martin to shame, then you will love this series. He has a second author, Ian C. Esselmont, who has begun writing books of his own based on the same fatasy world, but I am still undecided if I like his vision of it yet.
