it's an extension of the amerimutt meme originally developed to mock Americans who claim to be X ethnicity despite only having partial ethnic descent and not having any actual physical or cultural tie to the group they claim to be a member of (ie I'm a German, though I can't speak German, haven't consumed any German culture aside from eating bratwurst and drinking beer, and have never been outside of the United States).

More recently it was used by Europeans as a way to respond to Americans trolling them about immigrants mass raping and murdering in their countries when this shit is so commonplace in the United States that it no longer raises an eyebrow unless people doing the killing and raping target children.

The 'la creatura...' tagline got added because of the classic trope where there's an ancient monster that some non-english speaking locals know about and try to warn the protagonist about, usually right before being killed and eaten by it. It pops up in Lovecraft, to relate something literary to this otherwise off topic thread.
