I really like the Farseer Trilogy. It's an interesting read and somewhat deeper than your usual fantasy book. A lot of scope to analyse human nature and the relationships between people. Although, just a simple reading is still very enjoyable.

And, if its your cup of tea, probably my favourite works written by a female.
