I figure you guys at /lit/ would be the go-to guys for this question.

Nook vs. Kindle which one should I invest in? Pros? Cons? What do you have and what are your thoughts? Thanks for the input

I downloaded the free version of each onto my laptop. Admittedly it's a different experience, but I preferred the Nook simply because it was easier to download and read the books on that program than on the Kindle program.

iPAQs work well for reading ebooks, I've had a phase in which I read between 50 or 100 books on one. Considering all I had to do was buy a battery to make it work, it was a pretty good deal.
