Add a comedic effect to it, explain it as a "flash-back" while the characters do something else in a point forward in time. Use metaphors or literary figures in general. Explain it through an innuendo.
Basically tell it without telling it. The most exciting and captivating sex/"lewd" scenes are the ones that let you imagine part of it.
