At it's foundation Marxism is based off of the assumption that class is the most important, superior identity that we have. It is the basis for historical materialism, the idea that history should be seen as a series of dominant modes of production. It is the basis for the predictions of capitalism's future, that class warfare between bourgeoisie and proletariat is inevitable. It is the basis for ideas such as false consciousness and a capitalistic superstructure, ie that all identities whether they be religious, cultural, racial, national, or otherwise are merely tricks by the bourgeoisie to divide the proletariat and that all identities are ultimately subordinate to class identity. But the problem here is that this is just not true, class is rarely the dominant identity in driving history. So what cultural Marxists have taken to doing is subverting all identities so that only class remains. If we turn everyone into an apathetic atheist, there can no longer be conflict between different religious identities. If we eliminate borders, there can no longer be conflict between different national identities. If we mix all races together, there can no longer be conflict between different racial identities. And when all of these things are stolen away from the common people, the only thing they will have left to worry about is class, at least that's the cultural Marxists seem to be betting on.

This is the essence of cultural Marxism. So to answer your question, how does Marxism in any form involve race? Racial identity, among others, is more important to the proletariat than class identity. So in order to bring forth class conflict and the supposed seizing of the means of production, a certain splinter of influential Marxists have opted to eliminate race entirely as an identity. And mind you this isn't necessarily conspiratorial. A tactic the left often uses against the right is to claim that the right is pushing forward the idea of some sort of vast conspiracy where everyone is in cahoots working as an organized force. It's a clever strawman, reducing what is a fairly nuanced position into some sort of absurd rant. A more accurate term would be what is called a 'stand-alone complex', rather than a conspiracy.

People who say that the Holocaust literally didn't happen are just as bad as people who say that cultural Marxism doesn't exist. Either way you're just trying to put up a good face to get more people on your side who want to gas the kikes/end white privilege. It's paradoxical: "if I pretend the Holocaust didn't happen I can get more people to support a Holocaust" or "if I pretend cultural Marxism doesn't exist I can get more people to discriminate against white people".
