I've liked everything I've read from Oliver Sacks but I haven't found anything about his weightlifting days. Does anyone can think of something ?

Pic related, but unironically. Nietzsche was supposedly pretty robust from walking around all day through the mountains, surprizing the doctors who initially examined him after the moment of his collapse. His illness made him vomit often and be unable to even stand up for days due to nausea. He was also all about nutrition (fruit memes aside) and the thought-movement relation. "Never trust a thought that comes to you while you're sitting down" or something of the sort he once said.
