Everybody I.always talk to tells me I sound stupid or make for poor boring conversation. One of the insults they throw at me is "how about you pick up a book.retard" so fuck it. Here I am.

Anyone have book recommendations for a brainlet like myself? I like south european medieval culture and anything on philosophy or sociology. I think those two subjects would help me carry out a better conversation.

Thank you; I am proud of said digits. But I don't think you're considering just how much natural talent women have for picking up on the finer subtleties of body language. You might be able to intellectually outmaneuver most of them with ease, but that doesn't mean that they can't see what you're doing on a more subconscious level. I'm not trying to sound like Captain Save-a-Hoe here, it's just that I've seen guys say this "never talk about yourself" shit before and it's always total crap in reality. Talk about yourself. Be interesting and funny. If they aren't having it then move on. You see the kicker about only ever listening to people talk is that you'll never come across as memorable or entertaining to them in any way.
