Just finished A Confederacy of Dunces. Fucking amazing. Just hilarious and intriguing and awesome. All of you, read it. I picked this up because someone on here posted about it, so I feel like I should pass on the word.

At the very least this is better than another thread about Dune or Finnegans Wake.

Is this book anything like The Mouse the Roared? I see Dunces mentioned every day here and it always reminds me of the Mouse that Roared, which I enjoyed a great deal.

I didn't think it was very funny at all. Ignatius' antics are entertaining though, if nothing else. The ending made the whole thing worth my time.
