I just borrowed Maps of Meaning from a friend that is a huge Peterson fan. But some of the pages are stuck together. What is the best way to seperate sticky pages lit?

Thin pocket knife or letter opener. Just be careful at the edges where they're stuck go slow and you won't damage the pages.
