I've started reading books again and its been a daily thing. I skipped reading yesterday and now I'm worried I might stop reading and skipping days.... How do I make sure this doens't happen to me again?

Yea, I've posted a few times on how hard it is for me to read but if I stick to reading daily I find it an enjoyable experience and it keeps me functioning better since I'm reading something interesting and not just watching tv daily

>How do I keep reading and finish books every two weeks?

Do it every day for 30 days in a row no exception.

After that you can miss days and not be affected.

I really just set aside an hour a day to read - I can cover 50 pages in an hour and still comprehend the text on a deeper level. I usually finish a book a week.

Just read. Have the book with you always. Whenever you go to reach for Facebook reach for the book.
Make it a habit.
