Do you guys know any good resources for learning about Christian mythos? I need a much better understanding for an upcoming project. Some recommended books for biblical mythos, and overall discussion of biblical stories from an outsider’s perspective rather than theological philosophy would be nice.

I'd check out Frye's two books on the Bible and hunt the bibliography. Then match up what you find with later books of a similar ilk.

Primary sources are best for project, m8. If you're writing about the Bible, read it. A paper about the Bible is better than a paper about other papers about the bible.
