Are there any books about the pervasiveness of sexism in society and feminism in the 21st century?

There are plenty - feminism is a prolific movement. I think you would benefit from understanding the function and necessity of masculinity on an intellectual level before delving too far into haphazardly anti-traditional deconstructionist nonsense that knows not what it does at it's best and seeks to simply subvert hierarchies for the sake of revenge at worst. This book does the trick, and it provides a convincing representation of what you claim to want to critique. It was also written by a homo, so it should get some points for you if you're posting that image unironically. There was a time when I was 15 or 16, when I could've done the same. Given the assumptions of the current paradigm, you are reasonable and logically consistent for feeling and thinking this way. You can save yourself a lot of confusion by understanding the reasons for the gender dynamics of the most successful societies across all of time before committing yourself to the "revolution for the sake of happy-go-lucky utopia" that characterizes subversive movements of the late 20th century.

Please explain in what way rampant masculinity is necessary on an intellectual level.

I don't think that masculinity is bad, but following the examples given in that fag's book is just horrible. I read it when I was about 13 and completely holified the book and then became deeply unhappy because it turns out that being fully "masculine" in contemporary society is actually pretty hard, especially when you're a depressed cunt.

The hypermasculine man archetype is horribly outdated, and also unhealthy. Not to say that being a flowery lalaboy is any better, or a solution even, but being a macho 24/7 is no good either.
