Sup /lit/, I'm looking for a couple of children's books I read when I was younger and want to read them to my nephew when he stays over, but I can't remember their titles, only what they were about.
The first is a female dove who find a large egg and takes care of it like her own. The other birds laugh at her and shit, but the egg hatches into a griffin and everyone thinks omgwthawesome.
The second is about a village that's being attack by a dragon, and one day a kid throws a rock at it from the tower, and it eats the rock. They realize the dragon isn't flying over their village roaring RAAAARKS but asking for them to feed him rocks. So they feed him a bunch, then he lays down and goes to sleep and turns into a mountain.
