Alright /lit/ I propose a game.

We post pictures of a book that we actually took.
Someone has to take a picture of the same book starting with mine, along with another one which will serve as the next book we have to take a pic of. The object is to post a book that you think no one else owns. Remember it has to be a pic you took. I'll start off with what should be an easy one.

Looks like fantasy curbstomped the thread. It's cheating (I don't have the time right now to go take pictures), but I'll offer a way out if it's acceptable. I have the two volume edition of the Magician (Spectra MMPB) and pic related is what I'd put to you.

Not the exact same book, but close enough to keep this thing rolling.
I've given a choice of two books, one a continuation in philosophy and the other more traditional literature.

>> No.432278

>>432242
They always do that stuff in translations.
Animal Farm in Spanish ("Granja Animal") sounds uncomfortably redundant.
Also, The Importance of Being Ernest is translated to "La importancia de Llamarse Ernesto" which means The Importance of Being Called Earnest.
Also the translation of The Catcher in the Rye is full of Spanish (from Spain) slang, which ruins it for us latinos.
I don't care too much though since i know English.
