How is F Gardner’s Choose Your Own Adventure book compared to the rest of Horror’s Call?

I thought it was great! You did choose the ending Plan D, right?

You can read his earlier work if you want, but he really topped himself with "Call Of United Airlines".
There are still a lot of idiosyncrasies in his prose, but this book is still a great leap forward in quality.
The misspellings are kept to a minimum, there's very little tense confusion, and for the first time ever, he finally seems to understand how to use commas.
The story is the usual self-insert and random dream-like plot progression, but you can't expect him to fix all of the crippling problems in his writing in the space of one book.
But "Call Of United Airlines" certainly gives me hope for the future of this series!
Plus, I'm glad to see he's finally accepted who he really is, and has made "the transition".
