my dad is going crazy. I live on the other side of the ocean and every night, I have to listen to him go more and more crazy. he's destroyed his own life, and I don't have the means to help him. lately, he's stopped saying I love you. tonight, he told me that no matter what happens, I have to live a better life than he did. I feel like dying. I feel like he's already dead.
