Harvard Classics, Modern Library top 100 or Bloom's Canon are fine, and the Sticky starter guide is for people who never read in hs

I recommend you start with the sticky. It's great because it's fairly easy to read and this exact question is answered in there. In fact, any time you are new to a board you should probably check if they have a sticky. Chances are your "pleb" question has been asked and answered a million times before. Enjoy!
