My Struggle by Karl Ove Knausgaard
The Road by Cormac McCarthy
The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao by Junot Diaz

None of those are Debuts. Knausgaard had previously two novels, Mccarthy had the bulk of his oeuvre previously written behind The Road, and Diaz had Drown (1997) published before he began working on BWLOW.
