Pick one.

Capitalism is the most incredibly powerful economic tool but ultimately leads to egalitarianism, globalism, and consumerism.

The power of the free market can be harnessed but should always be controlled.

Non-meme answer.

Intellectual conservatism is dead. The right killed it.

Look at America with the artificial divide between Democrats and Republicans. Now we know there's little difference between both parties outside what series of donors they're appealing to however they still need votes to win over the masses - so they peddle shit about idpol. The Democrats scour the left, look for content that won't upset the economic status-quo, filter the ideology of any radical links and repackage in the form of progressive values perfectly in line with oligarchical America. This requires a degree of finesse and intellectual justification.

In contrast the Right has to do the opposite. The Right certainly could make intellectual arguments to justify their case - but that's not what their base wants, or at least this is not the base they have cultivated. The ideas of the right do not come from books or the university but the base fears and insecurities of the masses.

Zizek isn't crypto-right. He's just not a liberal.

And I've never seen anyone mention Land outside imageboards - even then he's not mentioned that much on imageboards.

On the rest of the internet the go-to right wing """"""""intellectual"""""""" is usually hacks like Molyneux. Easily digestible bullshit that doesn't require one read.

>Nothing is more evident than that modern capitalism is just as subversive as Marxism. The materialistic view on life on which both systems are based is identical; both of their ideals are qualitatively identical, including the premises connected to the world the centre of which is constituted of technology, science, production, “productivity” and “consumption”. And as long as we talk about economic classes, profit, salaries and production, and as long as we believe that real human progress is determined by a particular system of distribution of wealth then we are not even close to what is essential.
Marx and capitalism are essentially just two sides of the very same coin.

You wouldn't ask him about economic policy, that's the point. The economic system doesn't matter much as long as it works, some are better than others but the great struggle is a spiritual one and to that end both marxism and capitalism are detrimental because it preoccupies you with materialistic matters.

Don't let my facetiousness hide my respect for Evola. I love his books and his methodology. However, I require a more concrete solution to economic issues. I'll agree that economics ought to be subsidiary to a spiritual ethos, but I still need some more concrete arguments. It seems as if Evola would be okay with some form of neo-feudalism
