I would say the good drugs are any of the drugs that aren't highly addictive or physically destructive. Coke, meth, heroin, MDMA( though I've heard pure MDMA is fine.)

I'm fine with all the hallucinogenic drugs and weed. The psychological effects are something to note about hallucinogens, but that's just about as dangerous as cigarette smoking.
