Anons of /lit/, I come to you with an idea.

This board needs a writers e-mail group for anon share and critique it's writing. A means for anyone interested to circulate their work and get honest feedback from other writers.

I propose we create one right now. Interested anons post e-mail addresses in this thread. I'll collect them into a master list and circulate it around to all those who posted. Then, anybody who wants a critique just e-mails anons on the list and gets feedback. No bullshit, no drama, just straight answers

Think about it, the alternative is posting original content on /lit/- which usually generates nothing more than massive shitstorms and trollfests with no actual response. By doing this, everybody wins.

Lets get this started

This is an interesting idea. It is, of course, utterly doomed to failure, since most of those who post on /lit/ can't write (in addition to general irresponsibility and the fragility of internet projects) The only real way to make something like this work is pretty much either do it invite-only so you get trustworthy and skilled members, or to have such a broad member base that it all evens out.

But, whatever, I'm in. Fake e-mail account: grazdethegreat@gmail.com

No way, Bro! deviantART is a totally radical webzone where artists from all over the world come to share their art and love for mudkips! It's the perfect place to chat and congregate with all your writer friends, and best of all: it's free! Sign up whenever you want, buy a subscription to do some sweet beta testing and exclusive features, and bask in the warm glow of insightful and intelligent intellectuals such as yourself critiquing each others work!

deviantART! It's where art is totally happening!

Simply put, I'll compose one big e-mail with all the addresses of everyone who posted in this thread and send it out.

I'll give a couple of guidelines for how this should work (EG: treat others as you would be treated), then sit back and relax.

Anyone who has something they want critiqued just replies in the email to all, or makes a new e-mail to these peopl. It's that easy

You can always expect that a certain margin of the group will just forget this or stop caring after a while.

What I suspect is that if this takes off, there will be a "core" group and people dropping in and out.

Either way, I really hope this works out and I can improve my writing.
