>write short story about a NEET
>he steals his roommate's panties and masturbates while wearing them
>develops a weekend routine around her being out of the house
>for the last month I've been doing this to my roommate's shit

how long until I get caught?

how did this happen?

do I have to burn the story to break the curse?

recommend literature for this feel

Serious answer:

Spend the weekend outside of your apartment. Do anything: take a walk, go to the park, read in a cafe. Then repeat these activities whenever you feel tempted.

Burning the story will not help. Change your habits.

this was really a thinly-veiled cry for help. it's not /lit/-related, i'm just not sure what to do. all my weird wacky degenerate NEET shit has only ever affected me and not other people so it bothers me that it might be escalating to something violent. what you said makes perfect sense, it's just that sometimes you need other people to tell it simply and neutrally like that, with no judgements and no emotions. Having no-one to talk about it in real-life makes it more difficult to seek that clarity. thank you for your help. i know what i gotta do.

polite sage.

So is the story real or just a guise for your post to fit here? I genuinely love the idea and think it would make a good story. I also admire you for taking it so far as to practice your character's habit so you can provide a sincere account. You're a hero anon.

this is why the West is doomed.
Also because I can't differentiate between leeks and trees in the captcha
