Hey /lit/.

I came up with a great idea for a story just after the moment of ejaculation. The way it came into my brain was like the orgasm itself. Intense yet compacted. Here it is:

Three young men are chosen for experiments because they are thought to have psychological problems. Said so by their parental figures. It's the early 20th century, so things are quite tough and cruel. Well the experiments on the boys continue until the end when they're diagnosed with severe mental problems. Than some smart person comes along and points out that they were healthy before the experiments, and that the experiments caused them to have problems.

Awesome story with an awesome twist, yeah?

So who wants to make a novel out of it for me now?

Here is an alien for your troubles.

if it's the early part of the 20th century, psychology hasn't been invented yet... epic fail

Yeah but Clockwork Orange got you up in arms about the people first so it wasn't that much of a stretch for the rest of the book. Ending made it clear that they were just kids at the time, so it wasn't in vain trying to change them(at least in the UK version).
OP's story is just a jibe at society over medicating in general, which while a decent topic these days is almost pretentious because of big pharma.
