I'll answer with examples of my native language, because I don't really know hot to do it in english.

"A batalha do final da guerra dos cangurus da Austrália."

You can use more orations. Space out the information and reconnect them with conjuctions.

"A batalha que consumou o final da guerra contra os cangurus aconteceu durante o ano de 1900."

The same can happen in English, but since their conjuctions and preposions are less divesified their tolerance to this kind syntactic repetition is higher.

Oh, well is there even a way to avoid that? "My mom's house's doorknob's color" doesn't really flow well. I think you'd just have to rephrase those kinds of sentences individually.

"The color of the doorknob to my mom's house" might work in this case.
