He says in one piece, it might be the intro to the first VOL of Will and Rep not that its bad to read to much but basically you get out what you put in.

He likens reading crappy books to ingesting poison--he suggests that if you plan on reading crap its better for your mental development not to read at all. If you are going to read be sure to only read the best, thought provoking, sorts of material.

I very much like the intro to Will and Rep, he has a very no nonsense attitude and the balls to say to put the book down and use it as decoration if you haven't read some necessary prerequisites that he lists.
