I really want to follow a prescriptivist ideology, it's very boring being in and talking about a state of nihilism; where everything is a matter of preference. Is this something I can solve consciously?

Say with something such as, I don't know, Communism, Stoicism, Liberalism, religion or whatever; is it something that you just slowly adopt or do you know right from the start that this idea is for you? Just imagine the sense of community and purpose.

What's the use of being able to go anywhere when there's nowhere to go?

Your local brand of nationalism would likely be the easiest and best ideology to get into and follow. The nation-state remains the most powerful political unit on the planet, there exist institutions in your country with a nationalist bent (the military, the justice system, national political frameworks in general), you've got all the qualifications to be a nationalist already because of your citizenship, and any sense of community you intend to foster extends over your entire nation from the start.

Of course, your aim is to be an intelligent member of whatever group you're a part. I assume you don't want to be an idiot nationalist the same as you wouldn't want to be an idiot communist. I'm sure you can get all kinds of recommendations here on /lit/ for what to read to that end.
