how do you deal with this non native english bros?

you must have the wrong idea about literature then. the best writers with something to say aren't the best at writing. if you want some pretty sounding platitudes you can always read english poetry like whitman or ts eliot.

You don't get good at prose by conversing in English, you get good at it by reading in English.

I really dislike this culturally ignorant way of thinking that english is the only language that matters, write in your own language, stay honest to the art and respect it by commiting to it in your own natural way of telling a story

But what if your mother tongue lacks expressiveness and reads like shit? Also consider that if I want my works to be accessible to foreign interest I wouldn't want to rely on a translator to have my works pic related, and that wouldn't have been me who wrote it.

Compared to English, I presume? If you can't write as well in English then it must mean you're achieving a better effect using your more limited mother language, anyway.

Practice and write in your own language, then maybe if it's good enough someone who speaks English will translate it and you'll become a successful writer.

Nabokov, Conrad, Martel, Hoffman, Kerouac, etc.
Kundera, Beckett (writing in French, but not their mother tongues),
"Better" is meaningless. Learn a language and write something good.

Salman Rushdie,
“Memory has its own special kind. It selects, eliminates, alters, exaggerates, minimizes, glorifies, and vilifies also; but in the end it creates its own reality, its heterogeneous but usually coherent version of events; and no sane human being ever trusts someone else's version more than his own.”
Joseph Conrad
“No, it is impossible; it is impossible to convey the life-sensation of any given epoch of one’s existence--that which makes its truth, its meaning--its subtle and penetrating essence. It is impossible. We live, as we dream--alone.”
Vladimir Nabokov
“All at once we were madly, clumsily, shamelessly, agonizingly in love with each other; hopelessly, I should add, because that frenzy of mutual possession might have been assuaged only by our actually imbibing and assimilating every particle of each other's soul and flesh; but there we were, unable even to mate as slum children would have so easily found an opportunity to do so.”

I don't have to deal with it. I spend so much time reading English literature I speak it as well as my native language.
As a matter of fact, when I finally sit down, gather my thoughts and write a novel, it'll probably be written in English. For the simple reason that I find it more eloquent than my native tounge. There just aren't as many words in Norwegian. So if I want to express something keenly, with a broader vocabulary English will be it.

I speak some French as well, but it's not anywhere near good enough to write something decent. So until my French gets better or I have a sudden urge to write a book in Norwegian I'll probably stick to English.

The benefits on Writing in English would also be a factor. It has a broader target audience, so if I want to generate any kind of revenue I'll have to write in the language that appeals to the most people.
