Not on topic, but is it weird to anyone else that Aldous Huxley wrote a ton of stuff and the only thing most people remember him for was his book for babbies.

Not really when you consider the other book people remember by him is a nonfiction on being able to see colours from acid. (Considering they don't plan to read it, there's no reason for them to go with the fictional moksha based novel they'd probably love as much as the soma one.)

It is a pity though that his historic/nonfiction and society novels aren't remembered, BNW and DoP are pretty shit in comparison.

I don't know why people feel the need to malign Brave New World here. Simplicity doesn't make a book shit. That said Antic Hay is my favourite one by Huxley.
