Only for faggots
Just try to remember it, or read through it slower or again.
I read for enjoyment and I can't take notes and enjoy it.

Sometimes it's the same for me. I read Thoreaus Civil Disobedience an hour ago and now I can't remeber most thing anymore.
All I remeber is his mindblowing time in jail, his thesis that you shouldn't pay taxes if you disagree with the state and that voting is not enough, not even good.

Why do you need to remember the details? Fuck this isn't another homework revision thread is it?

Forgetting shit is normal. The belief that you remember everything is an illusion created by the fact that you don't realize you've forgotten something until you try to recall it.

> In psychology, the spacing effect refers to the fact that humans and animals more easily remember or learn items in a list when they are studied a few times over a long period of time ("spaced presentation"), rather than studied repeatedly in a short period time ("massed presentation").

> In psychology, the Zeigarnik effect states that people remember uncompleted or interrupted tasks better than completed tasks.
> The Zeigarnik effect suggests that students who suspend their study, during which they do unrelated activities (such as studying unrelated subjects or playing games), will remember material better than students who complete study sessions without a break.

And here I thought my habit of browsing 4chan while I study was bad.
