Sounds like you were watching in Rogers' prime. He was really good a couple years ago, was doing better than Brady around 2011ish. Brady has a larger legacy though. Won many super bowls in the early 2000s and has always been great. Won the super bowl this year, so now he holds pretty much every record for NFL qbs, and has surpassed Joe Montana as greatest of all time.

And James Joyce is the Brady of literature
