You're almost certainly establishing your theory by cherry picking the most retarded elements out of the desponse theory and neglecting internal response - influence, critique - that happens as a theory develops, as well as multiple external responses - influences, critiques - that come from almost unrelated theories. (Deconstruction and feminism, neurology and feminism, etc) It's over-reductive, really just a conceptual toy/weapon that you can enjoy slotting things most people find distasteful into, and that you can use to make relations seem like historical necessities.

Hitler used the anger of the germans to unite them (the german population was very torn, royalists, democrats, communists and more).
with the joined support of almost all of germany he wanted to make his vision of Germany come true.
the whole nazism thing was crucial in bring the economy back on track.
