I'm about to delve into the Western classical canon for the first time seriously since high school, and I want to offset the apparent Eurocentrism/colonialist mindfuckery with outside perspectives. The alternative is adhering rigidly to Ta Nehisi Coates' Reparations reading list; your choice.
