Is there any critique of hedonism that isn't "muh conservative values"?

There's the entire western thought, not just Nietzsche, then there's political work by tons of Germans, French and Spanish political figures prior to WWII.

Everything prior to the genocide was fairly critical of being too loquacious, indulgent and fanciful.

Depends if it's epicurean hedonism or not.

Good is generally pleasurable, but we don't celebrate those who only pursue pleasure.

Then you have a huge boom of literature in the 50's and so on about every topic you can think of, written in every way you can think of, with no bars held on form, tautology or anything.

I would think your post is a trolol but I can't risk the thought. Hedonism beyond the philosophical concept and the form of literary being is very important.

Hedonism suddenly doesn't mean "indulgent behavior for all things pleasurable" it's a much more widely defined ideal.

you have to live in service of something greater than pleasure or pleasure will eat you alive and you'll kill yourself.

A really basic critique is that hedonism often leads to short term gains for long term pain. But rational hedonism would overcome this pretty easily.
