A, B, C and D implies C & D are together. The Oxford comma works best in context (see pic related), so in this case you would still read them all as individual items of a list.

However, (imo) you don't need an Oxford comma for a list of more than three items, because then the meaning is obvious.

People sure do use the most tortured logic in order to justify an extra zit on the page. The princesses and Rebecca are fine with or without that comma, and you have to be high from huffing your own farts to misinterpret the breakfast sentence that badly.

I can't find anything wrong with that story. It's well written and for me it was a fun read.
