That really depends, can you look past dull or invisible writing styles for a good story?

Start with the red.
How do you feel that Book two of Raven's Shadow is coming out this year?

I got a Troy feel from book one(when that guy killed Achilles cousin), same with when the protagonist killed the prince/king w/e.

Not OP here, but I dunno how to feel about it...
Felt like a book that could have been something new but never tried and is now just a fantasy trope bin. But a bin with sustenance, none the less.

I think I'll get Tower Lord anyway just cos I didn't mind Blood Song. I thought the ending was somewhat original in that arena. seeing as it didn't turn into some over-climactic MEGAR BATTEL OF COOLESSSSS!!! Instead he just fucken smacked the opponents sword away, told him he sucks, and sat back down. I liked that.

So in the end I feel kind of indifferent, but I'm hoping when I do read it, it goes in a nice, original direction like it has potential to.

The book was so weird and took such random turns that I just had to like it.

That fucking sculpting scene

I wanna see more of where that goes
