I think you're seeing this wrong. So this guy is young, in his twenties. He is a huge fan of Jon Galt. He is squandering is prodigous mental talents by working at Chipotle. What does this remind you of?

Obviously, he's going on strike against the collectivist elements of our society. This is a guy who is working to bring about the Great Collapse so that Galt and his pals can sweep back in and save us all.
