That's what I like about his system over others. An action can't be different in different scenarios. Stealing is always wrong no matter what. Sure his duty bound criteria of moral goodness is a bit strict (sometimes to the point of preventing actions from being moral) but I don't think that hurts the system as a whole since people will still be doing "the right thing" even if Kant himself would throw a fit over where the person's will was directed.

Morality is decided by the weak. If it truely is survival of the fittest, then morality is a tool to ensure (as sure as it's possible) the surival of those not fit enough.

And of course there's the fact that amorality is easy enough for people to forgive if there are certain circumstances.
