What's your favourite book cover?
What's the worst?

Pic related, disgusting. I wanted to read The Great Gatsby but it was the only edition available in the store so I walked out.

If you think about it though, it's not necessarily a bad thing.
People who went to see the film, enjoyed it and haven't read a book in their life might be more inclined to pick it up if the characters from the film are plastered all over it

Has the Jurassic Park series always had roughly the same or similarly styled covers?

That's Barnes and Nobles, right? They sell those massive overpriced "fancy" hardcover editions that I want to like, but they're usually too cheesy looking. Being Barnes and Nobles, I'm not sure how the physical book quality holds up either.

I work in a bookstore and we stock four different versions of The Great Gatsby (Penguin, Alma, Pulp and the movie one) and it's depressing not just how fast the movie cover sells compared to the others but that we have people picking up the non-movie version and asking us if this is the film DiCaprio was just in.
