You can complain about the good half of the series, then. But that would be trolling. Finish the series, you'll have a real reason to complain.

I seriously enjoyed the series. That being said, it was not King's best work. Some of the plot was just asinine. Some of it was hilarious. And true to form, some of it was horrific. I kind of expected the characters from Eyes of the Dragon to make more than a cameo though.

The first four books were pretty good, and there were some good parts in the next three books. And the way the dark Tower itself were handled pretty good. Id rather King give us that than something really stupid
