Tbh I think this cover is very badly designed. Notice how the title and author name are left justified and then "Introduction" part is centred. The notice how parts of the writing disappear into the white of the background. They should have centred all the text and it so it doesn't blend in with the background.

That's to say nothing of the poor typography inside the book, though that may not be Dalkey's fault.

I'm reading this edition now. The cover is a weird material but the spine is especially resistant to creasing, which is good in my opinion. However, like people have said, the typography is pretty bad. A lot of squished or faded lines. Weird stuff like that.
