Pages melting and merging into one constant blur, numbers passing and increasing beyond the boundaries of thought, a good reading session can make anyone feel refreshed and amazing. My question is: What are you guys reading? What page are you on? Do you get seized by the madness I described above?

Also: recommendations for a fantasy lover already working through the Wheel of Time, Incarnations of Immortality, and ASOIAF series. Yes I have read Dune.

I completely disagree. Personally I enjoy the brain candy. Anyone who isn't a complete overbearing, haughty asshat going to answer the question posed at the start?

I-I-I ive never felt this way in years. Every day of reading is a struggle. Every day i feel like locusts are feeding on my brain and feasting upon its dead cells. everyday i feel as if the words on the page are little monsters, entering through my eyeballs into my consciousness, slowly killing me and any happiness or joy i have ever experienced. every single day i die a million times over, and then wake up from a fitful sleep to repeat the process again. my life is a hell i will never escape, and i can only take my family and friends down with me, as i draw my dying breath, then die.
