I was reading some Yeats and damn, he was just so pathetic and weak. I feel like less of a man just for reading that crap.

Are all poets like this?

There's nothing wrong with sincerity and authenticity in itself, it's just that sincerity and authenticity don't automatically legitimise everything, especially not tremendous faggotry.

no, fuck you and people like you

>> No.3949634

Real men have never worried about expressing emotions. It's the weak men that are afraid of showing them.

There's nothing weak about Yeats. He writes about weakness but he does it very strongly. Whereas I imagine that if you, seemingly a weak man, were to write about strength, you wouldn't be half as bold or visionary as Yeats.

Kill yourself. Stop reading "literature" in Bukowski and never come back, fucking pleb.

>> No.3949663

No. Real men dominate their emotions. Yeats was a loser, or as we would call him today, a "beta".

>Real men dominate their emotions.

Achilles? Socrates? Alexander the Great? Beowulf? Joan of Arc? George Washington? Admiral Nelson?

The only people that dominate their emotions are the small men who accomplish little like Marcus Aurelius.
