Any freelance writers here who actually make money?
Where do you start?
How do you build a portfolio from scratch?
Hows the market for free lance writers right now?
Not going to quit my day job or anything but I have a lot of spare time and often spend it writing for pleasure anyway, so why not give it a try.

I'm a little confused on how to get in to that without any previous experience, because no one's going to hire you without experience. But at the same time, no one's going to consider publishing in TAR "experience".
So starting that low wouldn't help, but I can't start any higher, if that makes sense.
