Well the finger and the ring in marriage symbolizes sex. I don't think I need to explain this one. Also, the eyes are often viewed as the soul/life. So when people's eyes are close in poem's it can represent death. I'm not very familiar with anything dealing with the hair or eyes. Well the nose can represent ethnicity and a propensity to be greedy in classic literature due to anti-semiticism. Slender/ rough hands would symbolize the upper/lower class in many fairy tales. This came along with a bunch of other class stereotypes. Also, large penises were associated with the working class and asses.
