/sci/'s obscure, ALMOST-counter-cultural, semi-contemporary great thinker and orator is Richard Feynman
/pol/'s is Thomas Sowell

Who's is your's /lit/? Ezra Pound? Oscar Wilde?

It probably would be DFW if we didn't fucking badger him so damn much. Then again, I doubt /pol/'s consensus on Sowell is unanimous. [I love the guy, but I haven't been on /pol/ in... well ever, but I doubt they're that similar. Don't get me wrong though. I fux wit Sowell.]

hmmm, ya, the Zizek is pretty punk rock and shit, but has he written any fiction?

>I doubt /pol/'s consensus on Sowell is unanimous.
Oh hell no, it's not consensus. Sowell is just more unfuckwithable than anybody else in existence who's been caught on camera, tho. If enough people just gave his videos the time of day then he'd be the mascot hands down.

/pol/ by its very nature agrees on nothing. I'm sure you could make a post saying the sky is blue and someone would respond that it is cerulean.

Jew hatred is a community staple. Anybody who doesn't hate the Jews and their lies is an outsider. It started as a dirty trick to paint every libertarian (lol, ron paul = racist, etc etc) as an anti-semitic stormfronter: a classic tactic used on many people who are for less government or just against statism in general (see the SPLC and their efforts to link hate groups with patriot groups). But, we've embraced and transcended the jews victimhood and we now use it to our advantage.

note to moderator: I'm not trying to start up a conversation about this, and kick shit around. I'm just touching on it real quick in hopes to clear things up.
