how does one get hooked up with specific strands of weed when living outside of Cali or CO?

By not being an idiot.

You have friends, don't you? Coworkers? Someone you know is getting weed from somewhere.

I get my shit legally, praise Rang

Are you really taking this guys seriously ? Just read. Read daily and read a bit more every day. I had a ridiculously short attention span and couldn't read more than 10-20 pages. I did that and now I can read for hours even.

>marijuana

Has this honestly worked for anybody here who has ADHD? Smoking marijuana gets rid of what little attention span I still have when I'm off meds, at least as far as reading is concerned.

Marijuana helps me focus on reading and writing in an enormous way. I wouldn't have suggested it otherwise.

Clearly, every brain is different.

Medication worked for me. I'm two years into college after never having been able to last two consecutive semesters previously.

Also, it helps to be reading about something that fascinates you, so your natural hyperfocus ability kicks in. I've always been an expert on the arts, even before medication, because sculptors and painters just amazed the hell out of me. I'm sure you've found that to be true of yourself, as almost every ADHD person has.

Just be patient with yourself. Take a break if you need to. Next to medication, nothing has helped me more than interacting with people who are interested in the subject I need to absorb. Study groups, 4chan, etc.

same here. It's different for everyone.

I don't have ADD but when I smoke weed my concentration increases a lot, Makes it easier for me to assimilate the text faster. You should try for a while to see how it works, if you're into that sort of thing. I would prefer it over medication

>> No.3292882

Weed also helps my concentration but it screws with my memory.

I could spend 20 minutes rereading one page.

What I do learn on weed seems to really stick with me.

Chances are you just need to shut off the internet for a while and read daily
