I'm interested in reading some Byron /lit/.
What do you guys think of him?
Where should I start?
What's your favourite work by him?

Don Juan, both my favorite and the one I think you should read. Byron isn't too difficult to read, so you can jump right in.
Still must I hear? — shall hoarse Fitzgerald bawl
His creaking couplets in a tavern hall,
And I not sing, lest, haply, Scotch reviews
Should dub me scribbler, and denounce my muse?
Prepare for rhyme — I'll publish, right or wrong:
Fools are my theme, let satire be my song.

Is any of his other work good? I read Manfred and didn't much care for it.

I concur. If you want something shorter - but not just some of his short poetry, of which I'm sure you've read some - try Manfred. Good stuff.

Oh, never mind then.

Childe Harold's Pilgrimage
His house, his home, his heritage, his lands,
The laughing dames in whom he did delight,
Whose large blue eyes, fair locks, and snowy hands,
Might shake the saintship of an anchorite,
And long had fed his youthful appetite;
His goblets brimmed with every costly wine,
And all that mote to luxury invite,
Without a sigh he left to cross the brine,
And traverse Paynim shores, and pass earth’s central line.

That along with Hebrew Melodies and Hours of Idleness are some of my favoritesss. also check out some of his shorter poems So, we'll go no more a roving, She Walks In Beauty, and When We Two Parted.

Byron was a Romantic guy, but the his poetry worst of the major Second Generation Romantic poets.

Read Shelley instead, then Keats.
I guess follow up with Don Juan, for the most notable Byron.
